Cold wave process:
1. According to the requirements of the fabric, with 30-34 t screen printing in 2-3 times;
2. Just after you printed has milk-white, after being later gradually become transparent, cold hot stamping papers again on the printed pattern, with the hand gently smooth; Intermediate printing (printing process after the hot air blowing or heating must not be used!)
3. In not leak slurry empty screen on the hot stamping paper, then use hard blade mouth, back and forth using harsh empty net 3-5 times (or lack of heating corona head pressure, etc.), make the hot stamping foil and bronzing pulp adhesive;
4. Shave off hot stamping paper (multicolor tipping) repeat the above steps, put dry or heat treatment increase fastness 5-6 hours (130 °C drying machine for 2 minutes or press 150 °C for 15 seconds).
